Yoga, Pilates and fascia-informed movement designed to support strength, mobility and calm in everyday bodies. With over 20 years of practice and a background in health psychology, my teaching focuses on helping people move with greater ease, confidence and awareness.
Alongside teaching, I also create eco-friendly Yoga and Pilates clothing with uplifting mantras designed to inspire both practice and everyday life.
